Reflecting their Latin American roots, the duo's name is the Spanish word for »amygdala,« a central part of the human brain, crucial for perceiving any excitement, affection, or pleasure. Accordingly, Amigdala aim to let the emotions flow, calling for »shameless ass-shakers and dreamy dancers« to get the dancefloor in motion with their neon-bright productions and explicit lyrics in Spanish.

Amigdala are set to self-release their debut album, No Ritual Will Summon A Machine, on 26 January 2021.
