
He has been profiled by publications such as The New Yorker and has written for Artforum, NPR, Hyperallergic, Mixmag, Triple Canopy, the Wire Magazine. His work explores the links between the Black experience in industrialised labour systems and Black innovation in electronic music.
In 2017, he was the inaugural Suzanne Fiol Curatorial Fellow at ISSUE Project Room, and was a resident at the Rauschenberg Residency in 2020. He has presented work at XXII Trienniale di Milano, Dia:Foundation, Kunst-Werke Institute for Contemporary Art, the Haus der Kulturen der Welt, Unsound Festival, Spotify for Artists: Co.Lab, KU Leuven with Horst Music Lab, New Museum, MoMAPS1 and Artists Space. He also co-curated Ebbing Sounds symposium with Zweikommasieben and Marcella Faustini at Grey Area Art + Technology with support from Swissnex San Francisco.
