Floating Sound Nation

As the project's name suggests, Chuidian's productions create a sonic world with their own rules and logic, seemingly hovering above our mere physical plane. Floating Sound Nation first surfaced in 2013 and meanwhile has self-released a number of albums, EPs, and improvisations. His latest, Finding Comfort in Strange Places, arrived in the summer of 2020 and was his longest to date: 11 meditations, most of them surpassing the 10-minute mark, further exploring software sound synthesis and eschewing Western tunings.
