Pisitakun released his latest album, Absolute C.O.U.P. in 2020 via London label Chinabot as a cassette and as a gold bullet-shaped USB stick. Continuing the artist's work based on political speculation, it explores Thailand’s long history of coup d’états and democratic suppression, using upended samples and maximalist hard techno beats to create a whirl of excitement and chaos. The seven-track record is a maximalist tour through the country's political and psychic landscape, never sacrificing a wicked sense of fun in its pursuit of political justice.
Pisitakun started making visual arts in 2009 and started playing music sometime later with an interest in how expressions take form under different media environments. He has performed at CTM Festival, Asian Meeting Festival (Tokyo), MEIA (Aveiro, Portugal), Spaziomusica Festival (Cagliari) and Cafe OTO (London).
