Inspired by unfamiliar situations and exploring new geographies, Tegh concocts complex soundscapes, often with a conceptual edge. Following releases on Canada's Inner Ocean Records and Germany's Midira Records, Tegh returned in the fall of 2020 with Emergent Errors on UK label Opal Tapes. The album is a sonic study on Cotard syndrome – aka walking corpse syndrome – the rare mental disorder in which the affected person falsely believes that they are dead, dying, or do not exist. »Coming across as a kind of psychiatric musique concrete, it’s a bold attempt at rendering tangible a condition defined by its very sense of intangibility,« said The Quietus in their review.

Besides his solo work as Tegh, Entezami is involved in several collaborative projects including Temp-Illusion and Artirial.
