All CTM venues are wheelchair accessible with the following exceptions:
- Kunstquartier Bethanien Studio 1
- Morphine Raum: the toilets are not wheelchair accessible
- RSO.Berlin: the Robus Floor is not wheelchair accessible via the main entrance. Please ask door staff for assistance, they will help you enter via an alternate entrance.
- silent green ateliers (home of the CTM Info Counter and MusicMakers Hacklab): the elevator is currently broken. To pick up your festival pass or speak to someone at the Info Counter, please call us at +49 (0)30 44 04 18 52. One of our staff members will come and meet you at the Betonhalle entrance.
- silent green Betonhalle is partially accessible: The ramp leading down to the venue has a very strong angle, which can create difficulties for non-electric wheelchairs. A lift is available at the back of the building, please speak to entrance staff for assistance 
We offer free access for an accompanying person for holders of a »Schwerbehinderten Ausweis mit Kategorie B« card. Please get in touch with us in advance to make arrangements. Likewise, if you are unable to pick up your pass at our mobile Festival Info Counter, please contact us.
Handicapped parking spaces can be found in front of RSO and radialsystem, and in the Berghain courtyard accessible via Rüdersdorferstr 70 – please get in touch with us in advance so that we can arrange for the gate to be open.
Persons taking public transit may check the current status of elevators at the subway stops nearest each venue, via the BVG (both in German and English). The CTM Venue Map is also available online.

Hearing protection will be available at the entrance (ticket check) of each venue.
Access to clubs is 18+.
Youth 16–18 years of age can join events that end before midnight, unaccompanied by an adult at venues: Festsaal Kreuzberg, radialsystem, silent green, HAU Hebbel am Ufer. Under 16s are only allowed entry to these when accompanied by a legal guardian.
The Discourse programme, festival exhibition, and Hacklab finale are accessible to all ages.
Young children should be accompanied by an adult.
Our team shares a wide pool of languages between all of us; please ask our staff if you require assistance in a language other than English and German and we will do our best to accommodate you. Please note that CTM’s daytime Discourse programme and workshops take place in English.

This discount is available for students, young people doing voluntary civil service, pensioners, welfare recipients, recipients of unemployment services I/II, disabled persons with identification, young people doing military service, work trainees, and those receiving assistance in the context of asylum. An identification card must be presented in person in order to qualify for the discount.
During CTM 2023, the Discourse programme will also be live streamed to CTM’s YouTube channel.
CTM’s daytime Discourse programme is documented in audio/video over the last few years, and we have been sharing as many of the talks, presentations, and discussions as possible via the CTM Soundcloud and YouTube channels after the festival. Certain concerts and performances are also documented.
