Hailing from Cork and now based in Berlin, the subterranean sounds crafted by the Irish multidisciplinary composer, producer and DJ have a distinctly haunted feel. Nitrogen breaks skitter over fevered techno beats that put the ‘rave’ in ravening, washes of ambience looming as sirens screech like the Rapture has come at last.

Her releases on Irish labels Glacial Industrials and First Second Label as well as Paralaxe Editions are hazy, haunting and as thoughtful as an icicle piercing your brain. King is also one of the co-founders of GASH Collective, a platform focused on supporting female, trans, queer, non-binary and other underrepresented people in music production and DJing.
