Festival Access
Access to clubs is 18+. Youth 16–18 years of age can join events that end before midnight, unaccompanied by an adult at venues: silent green, HAU Hebbel am Ufer. Under 16s are only allowed entry to these when accompanied by a legal guardian.
Pass purchase confirmations cannot be refunded or exchanged via our team, with the exception of events being canceled due to Covid-19 (for more on this, see our FAQ). You may however sell your e-tickets or pass purchase confirmation via TicketSwap. Once a pass purchase confirmaton is exchanged for a pass via the festival info counter, it is non exchangeable and non refundable, even in the event of illness.

Conditions for Reduced Tickets
Half-price tickets are available to holders of a »Berechtigungsnachweis« (and its previous version the »Berlin Pass«) for events at Berghain, Kunstquartier Bethanien Studio 1, and radialsystem. Students do not de facto qualify for this discount, which is generally aimed at giving access to cultural events and other services to German residents receiving social assistance. You must present your Berlin Pass together with your presale ticket when entering the venue. Reduced tickets for Berlin Pass holders are also available at the door.
HAU offers reduced price tickets to students, young people doing voluntary civil service, pensioners, welfare recipients, recipients of unemployment services I/II, disabled persons with identification, young people doing military service, work trainees, and those receiving assistance in the context of asylum. An identification card must be presented in person in order to qualify for the discount. Contact the HAU box office for more information.
